Working Out

I am certainly not a "typical" athlete. In the past few years, I was topping the scales at 206 lbs.(on a 5'3" frame) before I stopped looking and then began training for half marathons which dropped my weight down to 170 lbs. My body really likes the 170-180 range but I am going to work hard to drop down to my goal weight of 150-160 range.

My training plan: 5 work outs a week. 3 runs/2 cardio workouts with my dreaded core work outs in there as well. I also really want to work on my arms... push ups galore.
