Rest Day, Sick Day

I caught a cold, aka my version of the plague after my trip to PA. I find it interesting that whenever I am sick is when I want to work out which of course is not wise so I pin an incredible amount of motivational pins. My training plan for when I get better is to:

Wednesday: Yoga for 30 minutes
Thursday: Walk 2 miles 
Friday: Yoga for 30 minutes
Saturday: Ellipctical: 45 minutes
Sunday: Run 6 miles


I am excited to add more yoga into my training because of the wonderful benefits... :)
