Training this Week

Monday: Running in the evening: will be my first dedicated run. Yay!

Tuesday: Elliptical workout

Wednesday: Running with Adam in the evening

Thursday: Running in the morning.

Friday: optional day/no plans quite yet.

Saturday: Rest day. 

Sunday: 5 mile race at Bull City Race Fest. Meredith will be there and I am sure a few more runnerpeeps. :)
